Order and Delivery Questions

If you are contacting us about an existing order, please include your order number and a short description of the issue. For delivery questions, you can also include the tracking information shown in your shipping confirmation, if available.

If your delivery address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, email us with your order number and clear photographs of:

  • The item you received;
  • The issue you are reporting;
  • The outer box and internal packaging, if the item was damaged during delivery.

Returns and Refunds
